Who this is for
If your institution already runs collections, we're built for you.
Hospitals
Route medical fundraising direct to the patient's file. Reduce fraud risk; speed up admissions for families short on deposits.
Schools & universities
Coordinate school-fee fundraising across parents, alumni, and diaspora. Institution-direct disbursement to the bursary office.
NGOs & foundations
Verified, RGB-registered NGOs can run unlimited campaigns with a shared organisation page, verified badge, and consolidated donor reporting.
Churches & community groups
Parishes, ikimina, alumni associations. Collective fundraising for ambulances, school roofs, members' emergencies — with a ledger everyone can see.
How it works
Verified once. Trusted forever.
Apply + verify
Submit RGB registration (for NGOs) or operating licence (for hospitals & schools). Our Trust & Safety team confirms and tags your organisation as verified — usually within 3 business days.
Get your dashboard
A co-branded institution page, a dashboard that shows every open campaign linked to you, and an export-ready donor & disbursement log for your finance team.
Receive funds, report back
Funds settle to your verified bank or MoMo account, with a flat 2% service fee deducted at withdrawal. Enterprise contracts can reduce this further with a volume commitment.
Institutional features
Tools you won't find on GoFundMe.
Designed with Rwandan partners — CHUK, King Faisal, FAWE, local parishes — and refined by what actually gets used.
Direct-to-institution disbursement
No cash passes through a campaigner. Funds land on your bank or MoMo account, tagged with the campaign and (for medical) the patient file reference.
Verified badge & co-branded campaign pages
Campaigns launched for your beneficiaries inherit your institutional badge, increasing donor trust and conversion.
Donor register + CSV export
Full ledger of every donation, donor (where they've consented to show their name), and settlement status — downloadable for your finance team.
Corporate CSR matching pools
Partner with BK Foundation, MTN Foundation, or a sponsor of your choice. They commit a match pool; we track, disburse, and report automatically.
Multi-approval on large withdrawals
Anything over 5M RWF requires two approvers from your finance team. Built-in audit trail, timestamps, and notes — no spreadsheet reconciliation.
Kinyarwanda + English + French
Every donor-facing surface is translatable. Campaigns can publish in multiple languages so diaspora donors see the story in English while Kigali donors see Kinyarwanda.
Institutional pricing
2% service fee on withdrawal — or volume-based enterprise terms.
Donors give 100%; the 2% comes out when your institution withdraws. Verified institutions can negotiate tiered pricing at 500M RWF annual committed volume. Corporate CSR matching partners are priced per pool size, not per withdrawal.
Common questions
What documents do you need to verify us?
For NGOs: RGB registration certificate. For hospitals and clinics: Ministry of Health operating licence. For schools: MINEDUC registration. For churches: formal registration with the denomination's overseeing body. We accept PDF uploads and usually verify within 3 business days.
Can you work with churches that aren't RGB-registered?
Yes — we verify through the denomination's central body. Anglican Diocese of Rwanda, Catholic Archdiocese of Kigali, and the major Pentecostal federations are partners we've onboarded before.
Do you take a cut of matched funds from a CSR partner?
No. The 2% service fee applies to standard campaign withdrawals; corporate matching pools are governed by a separate agreement and typically have no per-disbursement fee — just an onboarding and reporting fee.
What currencies can our campaigns accept?
RWF for local donors (via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or bank transfer). USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD for diaspora donors via Stripe. All settlement to your institution is in RWF by default; we can arrange foreign-currency settlement for partners with regular diaspora flows.
