Muganda youth coffee cooperative — washing station upgrade

We are 23 young farmers (average age 26) in Muganda sector, Rutsiro. Since 2023 we've grown our coffee from 1.4 hectares to 6 hectares. The Rwanda Coffee Board graded our last lot at 84 points — specialty grade.

We need RWF 4.5 million to upgrade our micro washing station: a 500 L fermentation tank, raised drying beds, and solar power for the pulper. Projected yield increase: 40% in the next season.
